I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology and my approach is somatic, experiential and trauma-informed. As your self love coach, I will meet you wherever you are.

Being self-loving is a practice of wanting yourself to be well and to thrive, and regularly giving yourself what you need to be well and thrive. To do so, it helps to tune into yourself and truly listening, so you can see and understand clearly your feelings, values, wants, and needs, including the ones that are hidden away. Then, you can give to yourself in ways that enhances your ability to live with authenticity, alignment, joy, and harmony.

Self love is enabled by acceptance of your nature and living in harmony with the natural flow of life. To be self-loving is to nurture balance—honoring rest as much as action, humility as much as confidence, and softness as much as strength. While self love supports you in recognizing and stepping into alignment with your higher potential and self-growth, it can also be a practice of surrendering and trusting in the unfolding of life. In this view, self-love can arise from acknowledging that the spark of the creator resides within you. This is a sacred act of affirming your role in the greater tapestry of existence.

 

Loving yourself is an ongoing practice of refinement. As you deepen into the practice, the skills you develop while loving yourself naturally expand to include the systems in which you are a part, and oneness with all that is.

& what does one do? 

My role as your self love coach is to guide and support you in living and being in a way that feels truly aligned with who you are—something that feels inspired, authentic, replenishing and sustainable.

As your self love coach, I am here to help you explore your authentic self with non-judgment and openness, fostering clarity about the parts, forces, needs, wants, and feelings that are alive within you. My role includes empowering and supporting you in reconnecting with your intrinsic worth and learning to live authentically.

  • Cultivating loving self-awareness of your mind, body, emotions, behaviors, wants, and needs.

  • Fostering compassion and acceptance for all parts of yourself.

  • Identifying sources of shame and rewriting empowering narratives that you believe.

  • Giving a voice to hidden, rejected, and neglected parts of yourself. No longer abandoning your vulnerable parts, feelings, needs, and desires.

  • Transforming your inner critic into an effective inner coach, creating an inner world that feels safe, peaceful, supportive, and inspired.

As your self love coach, my approach is both practical and personalized, offering clear tools and strategies tailored to your needs. If you prefer a more directive style, I provide step-by-step guidance for implementing these techniques at home, empowering you to create the transformation you desire.

 

My methodology is somatic, experiential, and evidence-based, following a bottom-up (inductive) approach. This means we start with your direct, felt experiences to access the wisdom of your body. Together, we will explore your current experiences and coping strategies with deep awareness, allowing you to perceive, feel, and understand their impact on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. From this foundation, you will be guided in practicing new strategies, experiencing their effects holistically. These exercises will integrate your emotions, body, energy, and mind, fostering a comprehensive approach to your growth as you cultivate self love.

As your self love coach, my ultimate goal is to empower you to become your own inner guide. This process builds trust in your ability to connect authentically with your body, mind, and needs, as well as to cultivate meaningful and balanced relationships with others.
